Shipping Policy

At TriWea, we strive to deliver your order in the best condition and as quickly as possible. Given the nature of our handcrafted and eco-friendly products, some items may require a longer production time. Please review our shipping policy below for more details.

Production and Shipping Timeframes
Ready-to-ship products: Orders for ready-to-ship items will be processed within 3-5 working days and delivered within 7-14 working days, depending on your location.
Made-to-order products: Some products, such as those crafted by our tribal weavers, may require up to 60 days for production. Once produced, these will be shipped and delivered within 7-14 working days.
We ship throughout the week except on Saturday, Sundays and public holidays.
Shipping Charges
Shipping: A shipping fee of ₹49 for intra-state and ₹99 for inter-state deliveries will apply.
Additional Charges: Express, customized, and guaranteed deliveries are available at select locations with extra charges. Please contact our customer care at info@triwea.com for more details.
Shipping Address
We can only accommodate an address change if requested before dispatch. Please email info@triwea.com with your updated details.
We do not ship to PO Box addresses.
Delivery Notifications
Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with the courier and tracking details, allowing you to track your order online.
Shipping Delays
While we aim to deliver within the specified timeframes, there may be rare instances where delays occur due to factors outside of our control, such as courier partner delays or unforeseen circumstances.
Payment Methods
We offer multiple payment options, including Net Banking, Visa/Master Credit & Debit Cards, and select Wallets. COD is unavailable at this time.
