Return, Exchange and Cancellation Policy

At TriWea, we ensure the highest standards of quality and care in every product. However, if for any reason you are unsatisfied with your purchase, please review our policy below regarding cancellations, returns, and exchanges.

Order Cancellation

  • Cancellations are only accepted if your order has not been shipped and no custom requests, such as hemming or alterations, have been made.
  • If you cancel your order before it ships, you are eligible for a full refund. Upon request, we will process the refund, which may be issued after an inspection of the order status.
  • Only unstitched fabrics, stoles, shawls, and similar items are eligible for cancellation. Orders for custom fabrics are not eligible.
    Eligibility Criteria for Exchange
  • Non-returnable items: Stoles, shawls, scarves, and any custom-made products are not eligible for exchange unless there is a manufacturing defect or a fulfilment error (e.g., wrong product delivered).
  • No returns/exchanges on sale items: Items purchased during sales or with discounts are not eligible for return or exchange.
    Exchange Process
    If your purchase meets the eligibility criteria:
  1. Email us at info@triwea.com within 48hrs of receiving the product, mentioning your order number and attaching clear photos showing the condition of the product.
  2. For size exchange, specify the size issue and the new size you need.
  3. We will review your request within 5 working days. Once approved, the customer is responsible for shipping the item back to us. We do not offer return pickups, and we are not liable for any return/exchange items until they are received.
    Refund Policy
    If the product is found to be defective or if an exchange is not possible, we will provide either a refund or a credit voucher (based on your preference) after inspecting the issue, excluding shipping charges.
  • The store credit will be valid for 90 days from the date of issue and can be used on triwea.com.
  • Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer.
    Important Notes
  • Items purchased at offline stores or pop-up events are not eligible for return or exchange.
  • International orders are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
  • Please inspect your order thoroughly upon receipt. Once an order is placed, we cannot accommodate changes in sizes or colours.
