Please cold wash only with mild detergent and dry in shade. Do not soak. Since the product is entirely handmade, it has coarser feel and uneven look due. Over time, the fabric and the dye change – the silk becomes softer and the dye lighter.

Yes, we can develop different hand woven and hand spun fabric of different textures and weight. Our silk comes broadly in three weights, “a”, “b” & “c”, with “a” being lightweight 70 – 100 grams per meter, “b” being medium weight 110-180 grams per meter and “c” being heavyweight 200 – 250 grams per meter. It can be blended with other natural/forest fibres.
